Inspiration and community building

Rachael developed the inspiration series Inspire30, designed to provide internal teams with an opportunity to craft presentation skills through storytelling and connection. Each month during the series, a colleague presented on something that inspires them outside of work life. Throughout the series we reached over 430 audience members and shared on topics ranging from fermentation to hand lettering.

The shift to fully remote work in 2020 made connectivity and frictionless process even more important for creative teams.

Improving efficiency and results

To operate more effectively as a team serving multiple lines of the business, Rachael implemented creative briefs, planning and prioritization processes that increased efficiency of the team by +40% and improved performance.
